Pride and Prejudice: An Intro To Contemporary Fashion (Part 4)

Vests may not seem important, but they really complete the whole ensemble for men. The two vests were taken from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and are dated for Britain in the early 19th century (source links below). Surprisingly, the first Pride and Prejudice follows very little of Austen’s contemporary conventions. Colin Firth looks a bit more accurate in this case, and slightly more annoyed…
